- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The older man working as a teller really needs to watch his mouth. He may think he is whispering with his co-workers, but the guest can definitely hear him and it is definitely offensive. His assumptions about people are completely wrong, and the statements he makes under his breath are not only offensive, but have made my entire family reconsider who we bank with. If it were not for our great experience with Jacki, we would have switched and demanded an apology. His behavior was rude and unacceptable and he should be fired or at least reprimanded. Whether it was racially motivated or not, he stereotyped us and assigned us with a class in his head, and then when we didn't match his assumptions, the only acceptable explanation is that we were criminals, and that's how we were treated. Don't sit there and whisper with your co-workers. WI can hear you, and your assumptions made prove that you are small minded. We will probably try to contact the head of the company.
